The problem
A wealth-management group needs a single source of truth: which family owns which assets, how each investment is performing, and what the whole portfolio looked like last year versus today. Off-the-shelf CRMs weren't built for that — so I designed and built one that is.
What I built
- Full portfolio management. Client families, assets, and investments as first-class entities, with role-secured access for the internal team.
- One-click branded PDF reports. Live figures become a polished, print-ready document per family — the report clients actually receive.
- Automated year-end snapshots. A scheduled job preserves every family's figures each December, enabling true year-over-year comparison.
- Global search & audit trail. Any entity, found in keystrokes; every change, attributable.
- AI-assisted reporting — automated first drafts of client reports, currently in rollout.
